Valid government issued ID required for all services.
If you can not provide ID at time of service, deposit will be forfeited and no services performed.
50% deposit required at time of booking.
Remaining balance due at time of service.
May cancel up to 2hrs in advance of service for return of deposit.
Customer to provide fingerprint card.
We are not attorneys and will not prepare documents.
